What we collect from customers
Your name, email, company and password (stored as a one-way hash), and billing details. Card and bank account numbers are collected and stored by Stripe; we only see the brand or bank name and last four digits.
What we process for your websites
When you install Lamphouse on a site, we process visit data (pages, referrer, UTM parameters, ad click IDs), form submissions and contact details on your behalf, according to the consent settings you choose for that site.
How we use it
To run the Service, bill you, send account and billing emails, and keep the Service secure. We don't sell personal information.
Service providers
Stripe (payments), Postmark (email delivery), and our hosting providers. Ad and analytics platforms receive data only when you connect them.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data, or close your account, by contacting support@lamphouse.io.
