1. The service
Lamphouse provides software that adds content, targeting, analytics, conversion tracking and email tools to websites you control ("the Service"). You must have the right to install our script on every website you add.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for everything done under your account.
3. Free trial, subscriptions and automatic renewal
- New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the payment method on file is charged the price of your selected plan, then again at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period; we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
- Plan changes are prorated. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
- If you pay by bank account, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to debit that account for amounts due under these terms until you revoke the authorization by removing the account or cancelling.
- At least one payment method must stay on file while your subscription is active.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to send unsolicited email, to collect data without the notices and consent your visitors are owed, or to break any law. You're responsible for the content you publish and the email you send.
5. Your data
You own the content and data you put into the Service. We process visitor and contact data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
Integrations with Google, Microsoft, Meta, Postmark and Stripe are subject to those providers' terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
